Our Booking Terms / Cancellation Policies

Booking Confirmation:

To confirm a booking and reserve a spot a 50% deposit payment of the booking amount is needed. The balance will be collected 1 month prior to your arrival date. If you book your trip between 1 month and 1 day prior to your trip, the full payment is due immediately. 

Payment:

All payments are done via a secure online Credit Card Link. For higher amounts we also accept Bank Transfer at no extra cost. 

Cancellation Terms:
– 2 month or more prior to the date: 80% refund + 20% Travel Voucher
– 1 – 2 month: 80% refund
– 1 week – 1 month prior to planned arrival date: 50% refund
– Less than 1 week prior to arrival date: non-refundable
In case you have to cancel last minute due to illness we can provide a receipt for your travel / health insurance.

Refunds:
Refunds will be done using the same method as your payment method.
For Card Refunds: The refundable amount will be returned minus a 5% transaction charge.

For Bank Transfer Refunds: A SWIFT Transfer Fee of $70 is deducted from the refundable amount.
